Requirements
Firebird Provider
GenWise works with the Firebird .NET Provider version 1.7.1.
Note: The Firebird .NET Provider (1.7.0b) can only be installed if the .NET Framework 1.1 has been installed.
The Firebird Data Provider 2.0 release and the 2.0.1 release candidate for the .NET 2.0 Framework do not work with GenWise. We are investigating why the schema information of these versions is incompatible with GenWise.
Firebird DataBase
GenWise has only been tested with Firebird version 1.5, we don't know if it will work with Firebird 2.0 (currently on Beta).
Connection
The Firebird database provider connects you to a Firebird database and can synchronize your database to the datastore.
This provider assumes you have the Firebird .Net provider installed as described in the requirements above.
