GenWise supports source control (versioning of your projects) at the project level (or datastore level). In the future we will support versioning at the item level.
Their are two type of source control supported for the moment. Vault and Microsoft Visual source Safe.
You can configure your source safe options in the Tools, Option menu, in the options for The Framework, option Source Control.
In the Image below Source Control is configured for Microsoft Visual Source Safe:
Once you have confirued a source safe provider, you will see an extra emnu item on the datastore top level node and top project nodes.
This sub menu is called Source Control and will display as following:
