The configuration of the Source Editor is part of the general options page of GenWise Studio. To open the configuration of the Source Editor follow these steps:
| 1. | Choose Options from Tools menu of the main window. |
| 2. | In the Options screen, expand the GenWise Framework node and click on the Source Editor node. |
Show CodeBlock Tree |
Checked by default, makes the Codeblock Tree appear automatically when the Source Editor is opened. |
Show Template Comments in Source |
Unchecked by default, makes comments that are useful during template development visible in the Source Editor. |
Show the document outline tool window |
Checked by default, makes the Document Outline appear automatically when the Source Editor is opened. |
CodeBlock BackColor |
Sets the background-color that makes template code distinguishable from User Codeblocks. User Codeblocks are always white in the Source Editor. |
Code Snippet Directory |
Sets the directory where code snippets are stored. The default location is a subdirectory of the GenWise program directory. |
