Text color status indication

The Project Explorer uses different text colors to indicate the state project items are in. Using the default colors, text color has the following meaning:

black	Normal item color	The item is up-to-date.
dark red	Needs generation	The item needs to be regenerated, the item has changed since it was last generated.
red	Item under generation	The item is being generated.
gray	Excluded from build	Source code is generated for the item, but it is not compiled.
silver	Excluded form generation	No source code is generated for the item.

These colors can be changed in the GenWise IDE Options window, where they are options under the GenWise Framework - Project Items node.
