What to expect
The Genwise team reviews the firm context, operating issue, and requested outcome before responding. The first conversation is used to understand the situation and decide whether an Efficiency Assessment or another next step makes sense.
- What should I include in my message?
- Include your firm’s size, services, primary tools, the operating friction that prompted you to reach out, and what a useful outcome would look like.
- What if my request is time-sensitive?
- Note the timing in your message and email [email protected] directly. A submitted form confirms only that the request was accepted by the website, not that every downstream notification has been delivered.
- Where does the process usually begin?
- Most operating-system work begins with the Efficiency Assessment so the firm’s priorities and implementation scope are grounded in evidence.
